Concerning Wyotech and I.U.P. students:

• All homes (except one) have off street parking.
• Each student has a private room, sharing the common area (kitchen, bath, etc.) with 2 to 3 other students.
• All homes are furnished - students need to bring only bed linens/pillows, towels, cookware, eating utensils, and personal items such as T.V. and radio.
• All homes have new or nearly new carpet and paint
• All utilities included except cable and phone. (exception: cable is included in 2 homes)
• Rent range is $300-$400 per month
